Delivery, Charges & Times
 
1.16 The placement of an order with us and the provision of a shipping address, it shall be taken as fact the details provided are current, correct and given in full. We will accept no liability to replace any item not delivered due to the provision of an incorrect, incomplete or out of date delivery address. Any item(s) returned to as will be re-sent to a correct address subject to the payment of a sum equal to the shipping paid on the original order. 

1.17 Delivery times and charges are set out in the Delivery section of the website. This is designed as a guide only based on our typical delivery times that we have seen over several years, they estimates and are not time guaranteed unless you have specifically requested and paid for a time guaranteed service.

1.18 In the event of orders being returned to us due to partial or incorrect address details being provided, out of date shipping details provided or if the mail company has attempted delivery and returned due to non-attendance or non-collection of goods within the allocated time, then redelivery will be at the buyer's expense.  
 
Exchanges & Cancellations

1.19 All goods sold on this website are of a ‘Made To Order’ nature, sometimes referred to as ‘Custom Made’ and are outside the scope of the Distance Selling Act. As such, there is no automatic right to an exchange if it does not fit, or right to cancel if you change your mind about the product. We may at our discretion accept as an exchange something we will be able to re-sell, in which the costs in both directions will be met by the customer.

1.20 In the event that you receive a faulty product, we will exchange on a like-for-like basis only, that is, same colour and size of the same design. We will not exchange it for another size or colour or design.  

Law and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
