Q. What's the big deal about your shirts being screenprinted?

A. There are many people selling home printed t-shirts online these days. They typically use transfers, decals and vinyl stickers. None of these methods will last very long before the print disintegrates. Our printing on the otherhand will last for many years by following the care instructions on the tab.

 

Q. How long will it take for my item to arrive?

A. Please go to the Delivery Info page for details.

 

Q. How much will my order be in Canadian Dollars?

A. You can find indicative exchange pricing here: www.xe.com/ucc 

 

Q. I'm in France, I can see you show prices in Euros but can I actually pay in Euros?

A. We show an indicative price in other currencies, but you can be charged in £'s Sterling only.

 

Q. How do I return something that doesn't fit?

A. Sent us an email returns [@] soul-tees.co.uk and we will send you a returns sheet.

 

Q. Will I be charged postage to return something that doesn't fit me?

A. Yes since we incur postage, packaging and handling sending it back out to you. We will send you an e-invoice for the amount equal to that of a new item(s)

 

Q. How long have I got to return something after I receive it?

A. You must contact us within 7 days of receipt. From when you receive the returns sheet you must post it back within 7 days. It is very important that you return goods by Recorded Delivery and goods are your responsibility until we receive them back.

 

Q. I want to buy several items, can I get a postage discount?

A. Yes we discount for 3 or more items. Before placing your order, contact us for discount codes according to how many items you are buying.

 

Q. I want a shirt in a colour not shown on the site, can you do it for me?

A. We can sometimes print one off's. Contact us and let us know what you're after.

Q. Can you print something on the back for me?  

A. We are unable to print on the back.

 

Q. I need my order to arrive tomorrow, can you do it?

A. It may be possible if you contact us before 11am on the day of payment.

 

Q. I don't understand your sizes - how do I order the right size?

A. We have measurements for each size available on our Size Info page.

 

Q. Do you have a shop in London that I can visit or can I collect my order in person from your office?

A. We have neither. Any orders placed with us will be dispatched from our mail centre. We do not operate a public counter and have no collections facility.

 

Q. I've bought shirts on the internet before which shrunk first time I washed them. Will your shirts do the same?

A. We use pre-shrunk cotton products which do not shrink under normal washing conditions.
